PARTAP 100 S is a low heat input surfacing electrode for alloys in low & medium carbon steel. The weld deposits has excellent resistance to deformation with medium toughness, impact & abrasion. It can be used as buffer layer prior to applying high hardness electrode. 2 to 3 layers of deposition is possible.

Applications : Machinery transit equipments, sprockets, mixer blades, sugar mill pinions, crane wheels.

Hardness: 32-36 ( As Deposited ) 36-38 ( Work Harden )
