According to Ministry of Road Transport & Highways’ circular, it has been decided that before erecting semi rigid crash barrier on National Highway, it should be crash tested ‘Road restraint system’ and should meet the requirements of EN 1317 Part-2. Our W Beam Barrier is Crash Tested in accordance with EN 1317 Part-2 for High Containment Zone H1 category and Thrie Beam Barrier has been Crash Tested in accordance with EN 1317 Part-2 for High Containment Zone H2 category.
We have all kinds of approvals and can supply you the finished product immediately. We can offer tailor made solutions according to your specifications, everything from the barrier, post, spacer, gsm coating can be altered according to your requirements.
We have monthly production capacity of 4000 MT per month with 500000 M.tr. of MBCB already supplied and installed on multiple projects across India.
