PARTAP FORGE is a low heat input electrode for build-up of dies worn out due to compression, impact, abrasion & thermal shock. The weld deposits resists to these wear factors & increase the service life. Deposits are hard, tough & has excellent properties to resistance repetitive impact. To avoid cracking, preheating upto 4000 & slow cooling is recommended.

Applications : Build-up of all types of die impressions & working dies, heavy duty hot shears.
